ARCHITECTURAL EXCELLENCE

Where Timeless Design Meets Modern Luxury

Scroll

A Boutique Landmark

Rising seven stories above Tanglewood's oak-lined avenues, The Beverly is the first new mid-rise condominium built outside Houston's Inner Loop in more than two decades—an architectural heirloom conceived by award-winning Mirador Group and realized by G.T. Leach Constructors in partnership with developers G.T. Leach and RAMA Cos.

Six full-floor estates are stacked with sculptural precision behind a timeless façade whose rhythm echoes the neighborhood's stately homes. Dedicated elevators serving each residence open to secured foyers, eliminating shared corridors and underscoring the building's guiding principle: privacy as the ultimate luxury.

The Art of Crafting Legacy

From the herringbone foyer floors to the custom wrought-iron terrace railings, The Beverly's detailing is guided by one question: will it endure for generations?

Each decision—Eggersmann cabinetry, wide-plank European hardwood, polished-nickel hardware—reflects a commitment to materials that patinate beautifully over time, ensuring the tower's relevance long after trends recede.

Each home spans just under 4,400 sq ft of interior space, offering four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Floor-to-ceiling window walls bathe interiors in dawn-to-dusk light, while operable terrace doors dissolve the boundary between indoor salons and outdoor living rooms.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flooding interior with natural light

360° Light & Air

Full-height, double-glazed windows on all four exposures—a rarity in Houston—flood each home with sunrise-to-sunset light. Ceiling heights reach 10 feet, with a maximum ceiling elevation of 12 feet on our 7th floor penthouse, while operable terrace doors dissolve boundaries between interior salons and expansive outdoor living rooms.

Heirloom Materials

German-made Eggersmann kitchens anchor open-plan living spaces with matte-lacquer and natural-wood finishes. Surfaces are layered in refined stone, 7.5″ European oak, and hand-finished metalwork; a 72-inch linear fireplace provides a sculptural focal point for gatherings year-round.

Smart home technology and climate control systems

Intelligent & Resilient

Behind the quiet elegance lies robust engineering: three individually-zoned HVAC systems per residence, fresh-air circulation, dedicated back-up generators, and integrated smart-home controls for climate, lighting, and security—all designed to perform seamlessly through Houston's variable climate.
